At The Organised Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a storage solution doesn't quite fit your space, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
